A.
It shall be unlawful for the head or an employee of a City agency,
either directly or indirectly, for himself or as agent for another
person or otherwise, to buy or sell tax scrip or certificates of sale
for City and County taxes.
B.
A violation of the provisions of this section shall be punishable
by a fine of $25 for each and every offense, and the person so offending
shall be subject to removal from office or position.
