A.
The New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, promulgated by the New York State Building Code Commission pursuant to Article 18 of the New York Executive Law (Chapter 707 of the Laws of 1981), is hereby made a part of the Code of the City of Buffalo.
B.
A copy of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building
Code is filed in the City Clerk's office at the time of the passage
of this article and shall be maintained in such office as a permanent
part of this article.
