The annual license fees under N.J.S.A. 33:1-12, as amended and supplemented, in and for the Borough of Lodi, shall be as provided in Chapter 235, Fees, Article IV, Fee Schedule, for the following licenses:
A. 
Plenary retail consumption license.
B. 
Plenary retail distribution license.
C. 
Club license.
D. 
Limited retail distribution license.

A. 
No licensee shall sell, serve, deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises on New Year's Day when it is a Sunday, between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., delivery and consumption being permitted during all hours of New Year's Day when it is a weekday; on other Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; Saturdays between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; on other Sundays between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. During the hours that sales are hereinabove prohibited, the entire licensed premises shall be closed.
B. 
Notwithstanding anything in this section to the contrary, the sale, service and delivery of any alcoholic beverages shall be permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. when December 24 and December 31 occur on a Sunday. This exception shall not apply to on-site consumption of any alcoholic beverages but shall only apply to the sale and/or delivery of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days, and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
