No person shall use profane or obscene language in a public
place or in a building in so loud a tone that it shall be heard by
persons not within said building.
Any person occupying a canoe or other boat or craft on any waters
shall conduct himself decently, maintaining a respectable posture
and attitude, and shall obey all the lawful orders and directions
of the police for the preservation of public order and decency.
