A. The purpose of this section is to provide for the regulation of conduct
that is deemed offensive; to prevent vice, disorder and immorality;
and to promote the public peace, health and safety.
B. No person shall keep, operate or be employed at any place or establishment
wherein alcoholic beverages are sold without a license to do so.
C. No person shall patronize any place or establishment wherein alcoholic
beverages are sold without a license to do so.
D. No person who has legal or equitable ownership in any property in
the City shall knowingly permit such property to be used as a place
or establishment where persons are engaged in the unlicensed sale
of alcoholic beverages.

Any person, whether individually or as a member or employee of a partnership, or an officer, agent or employee of a corporation, who commits, directs or knowingly permits any violation of the provision of this chapter of the Codified Ordinances or who aids or assists therein, either on his or her own behalf or in the interest of his or her employer or principal, shall, upon conviction thereof, severally for each alcoholic beverage unit dispensed or consumed, be guilty of a summary offense punishable under the provision of Chapter
3-399, Penalty, of these Codified Ordinances.
