If any part or parts of Part 1 are for any reason held to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions of this Part 1.
All traffic and parking ordinances heretofore adopted are hereby
repealed, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
or inconsistent with the provisions of Part 1 are hereby repealed;
provided, however, that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the
prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed
in violation of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the effective
date of this Part 1.
Part 1 may be known and cited as the "Traffic and Parking Ordinance."
Part 1 shall take effect immediately after final passage and
publication as required by law.
