In connection with the provisions of this chapter and the code hereby adopted as a part hereof, the following fees shall be charged and received:
A. 
In general:
(1) 
For the examination of any applicant for a license as a master plumber: $75.
(2) 
For the issuance and annual renewal of a license as a master plumber: $10.
(3) 
For the filing of each plan for proposed plumbing or heating work: $2.
(4) 
For each reinspection of plumbing or heating work caused by the failure of the licensee to comply with the provisions of the code or permit issued: $10.
B. 
As to commercial or industrial work: for the issuance of a permit for a proposed plumbing or heating construction or alteration, including inspection thereof, $50; provided, however, that the following fees shall be charged and received:

For each fixture above five: $3 per fixture.
(2) 
For each stack: $2.
(3) 
For each indirect heater: $10.
(4) 
For each water supply from curb to building:

For the issuance of a permit for a proposed new plumbing system, including inspection thereof, $15; and for the renovation, alteration or modification of an existing plumbing system, $10; provided, however, that the following fees shall be charged and received:
(a) 
For each fixture above five: $2 per fixture.
(b) 
For each stack: $2.

For each water softener: $5.
(d) 
For each clothes-washing machine: $5.
(e) 
For each water cooler: $5.
(f) 
For each dishwasher: $5.
(g) 
For each disposal unit: $5.
(h) 
For each humidifier: $5.

For each gas dryer: $5.

For a fuel oil tank: $10.
(k) 
For a coal-, gas- or oil-fired heating system, including oil tank: $10.
(l) 
For an automatic, gas hot-water heater: $3.
(2) 
For the inspection of any portion of any system between the outer wall of a building and the curb or septic tank, including but not limited to storm sewer, sanitary sewer, waterline and the like: $10.
(3) 
For inspection of the capping of each building sewer at the curb of a building scheduled for demolition: $10.
