GENERAL REFERENCES
Grading, drainage and erosion control — See Ch. 96.
Pursuant to Title 4, Subtitle 2, of the Environment Article
of the Annotated Code of Maryland and COMAR 08.05.05.04, the City
of Seat Pleasant hereby adopts Subtitle 4, Division 4, Stormwater
Management, of the Prince George's County Code.
Prince George's County shall administer and enforce the
provisions of said county ordinance within the corporate limits of
the City of Seat Pleasant, Maryland.
