Except when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations, signs or signals, no operator of a vehicle shall stop, stand or park such vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway, headed in the direction of traffic and with the curbside wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the edge of the roadway or curb; except that, upon those streets which have been marked or signed for angle parking, if any, vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb so indicated by marks or signs.
A. 
No person shall operate or park on a street or sidewalk a vehicle for the primary purpose of selling, displaying, advertising or demonstrating merchandise.
B. 
No person shall operate or park on a street or sidewalk a vehicle equipped with and using sound-producing devices to attract the attention of the public for advertising purposes without first obtaining written permission therefor from the Mayor.
No operator of a vehicle shall park such vehicle in an intersection of highways, streets, alleys or lanes in the Borough or otherwise block such an intersection with such vehicle.

A. 
No operator of a vehicle shall park the same on any of the streets or parts of streets designated in this section during the hours specified. Signs shall be erected and maintained in each block designating the appropriate provisions of this section.
B. 
Parking is prohibited between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. prevailing time, Monday through Friday, on the following streets:
(1) 
The easterly side of Glencoe Avenue, from Manilla Avenue to Rhodes Avenue.
C. 
Parking is prohibited between 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., prevailing time, daily on all public streets in the Borough except on the southerly side of East Elmhurst Road from 224 East Elmhurst Road to the line of the City of Pittsburgh and except on Brunswick Place, Kenmore Avenue, Hanover Place, the southerly side of Rothesay Avenue and the southwesterly side of Hawthorne Avenue.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15.
