This chapter shall:
A.
Not apply to residential developments which have agreed to provide
a set-aside for affordable housing under the adopted policy and/or
land disposition and development agreement with the Village of Ossining,
fully executed prior to the effective date of this chapter.
B.
Not apply to residential developments whose residential development
applications have been finally approved prior to the effective date
of this chapter.
C.
Apply to all other residential developments which have not obtained
building permits prior to the effective date of this chapter.
