The Mayor and the six Trustees shall be elected for four-year
terms; provided, however, that elections for said offices shall be
held biennially.
At the annual organizational meeting of the Mayor and Board
of Trustees, the Mayor shall appoint all standing committees of said
Board and shall prescribe the duties thereof.
Robert's Rules of Order shall be applicable and shall govern
all proceedings of the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
