Whenever there may be a conflict between the standard in these
regulations, and those of other codes, ordinances or regulations of
the Village of Solvay, the most restrictive or higher standards shall
prevail.
If any section, paragraph, clause, phrase or provision of these
regulations shall be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional, such
decision shall not affect the validity of these regulations as a whole
or any part thereof other than the part so held to be invalid or unconstitutional.
These regulations shall be known and may be cited as the "Land
Subdivision and Regulations for the Village of Solvay."
These regulations shall be effective on and from the date of
their adoption in accordance with the provisions of the Village Law
of the State of New York.
