Members and alternate members of the Planning Board and Zoning
Board of Appeals shall provide proof to the City Clerk of all training
attended in each calendar year that is required pursuant to §§ 27
and 81 of the General City Law, respectfully. Such proof may consist
of certificates, diplomas, vouchers and other documentation provided
by such training and shall include a sworn affidavit by the member
attesting to the total number of hours attended during the year. The
proof provided by each member shall constitute a public record and
shall be filed and maintained by the City Clerk.
