A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to store, deposit, place, maintain
or cause or permit to be stored, deposited, placed or maintained outdoors
any garbage, rubbish and debris, or junk, upon any private property
within the Town of Union Vale. It shall further be unlawful pursuant
to this chapter and Section 302.8 of the Property Maintenance Code
of New York State for any person to park, keep or store outdoors on
any premises two or more inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicles,
neither of which shall at any time be in a state of major disassembly,
disrepair or in the process of being stripped or dismantled, except
as otherwise provided for in statute or other regulations.
B.
It shall further be unlawful for any person to use a bus, uninhabited
mobile home, truck, truck trailer, horse trailer, semi-trailer, tank
truck, or similar vehicles or units for the storage of garbage, rubbish
and debris, or junk on any premises within the Town of Union Vale.
