The following fee schedule is hereby adopted.
(1) 
Building permits: $70, plus $3 per thousand of construction over $2,000.
(2) 
Zoning permits: $70, plus $3 per thousand of construction over $2,000.
(3) 
Demolition permits: $85.
(4) 
Inspection fees: 15% above inspection agency.
(5) 
Land development: $200, plus engineering fees.
(6) 
Subdivision: $100 per lot and $150 for lot consolidations.
(7) 
Major subdivision: $400 first lot; $50 for each additional lot; plus engineers' cost.
(8) 
Junkyard license, to be allocated for the type of activity conducted within the yard (recycling, scrap or salvage):
(a) 
One activity: $200.
(b) 
Any two activities: $300.
(c) 
All three activities: $400.
(9) 
Vacating alleys and streets: $350.
(10) 
Variance from Zoning Hearing Board: $500.
(11) 
Conditional use: $500.
(12) 
Road occupancy permits: $125.
(13) 
Driveway permits: $125.
(14) 
On-lot sewer permits: $600.
(15) 
Inspection of Township roads that are to be bonded:
(a) 
For each road to be inspected, including the before-bonding and the after-bonding inspection: $95.
(b) 
Intermittent inspections of bonded roads (if required): $49.50 for each additional inspection.
(16) 
Food truck permit: $25 annual fee.
(17) 
Floodplain management permit: $50.
(18) 
Peddling and solicitation permit: $50.
(19) 
Zoning certificate: $25.
(20) 
Sign permit: $70 plus $3 per thousand of construction over $2,000.
(21) 
Certificate of occupancy: $60.
B. 
Any violations of required permits will result in fees being doubled.
