From and after the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to manufacture, sell, expose for sale, possess or use, fireworks, firecrackers, blank cartridges, torpedoes or other similar explosive, flammable or dangerous articles within the limits of the Borough of Towanda, Pennsylvania.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall, for each separate offense, be punished by a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $600 and in default of payment thereof, be imprisoned in the Borough lockup or county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
