The following speed limits are established:
A. A motor
vehicle speed limit of 25 miles an hour from the northerly line of
the William A. Maynard property to the northerly line of White Birch
Farm, so-called, on State Highway Route 9 in the District of Higganum.
B. A motor
vehicle speed limit of 25 miles an hour from the intersection of High
Street or Lake Avenue, so-called, with Route 81 east to intersection
with Route 9.
C. A motor
vehicle speed limit of 25 miles an hour from the Haddam flagpole southerly
on State Highway Route 9 to the southerly line of the County Home
property.
A crosswalk is established with pavement lines
from the easterly curb to the westerly curb on Route 9 opposite the
entrance of the new school building, upon approval by the State Highway
Department.
With the approval of the State Highway Department,
no parking line parallel with parking curbs at Higganum Center is
established by pavement markings.

The purpose of this article is to regulate parking
of motor vehicles on Wiese Albert Road and Foot Hills Road within
the Town of Haddam by authority granted under C.G.S. §§ 7-148
and 14-307.
No motor vehicle shall be parked upon Wiese
Albert Road and Foot Hills Road within the Town of Haddam at any time.
