Vehicular traffic facing a steady red signal is hereby prohibited
to run right on the red signal, as indicated at the intersections
and locations described in Schedule B, in accordance with the provisions
of § 1111(d)2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
The turning of vehicles is hereby regulated as indicated (left,
right or all) at the intersections and locations described in Schedule
C during the hours designated in said schedule.
