This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Ordinances
of the Smithtown and St. James Water Districts."
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Refers to the Board of Commissioners of the Smithtown and
St. James Water Districts, Town of Smithtown, County of Suffolk, State
of New York.
Refers to the Smithtown and St. James Water Districts, Town
of Smithtown and St. James Water Districts, Town of Smithtown, County
of Suffolk, State of New York.
Includes all other installations, services, permits or licenses
authorized by the Board.
Includes any installation, service, permit or license not
intended to be continued in operation for a period of more than 12
months.
