A.
Any person violating any provision of this article is guilty of a
summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a
fine for each violation in an amount not more than the maximum penalty
set forth in 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3353. If paid within 10 days
of issuance of a parking ticket, the fine shall be $25. The operator
of any vehicle illegally parked on any public street may be notified
of violations by a ticket to the driver's side of the windshield of
said vehicle. The ticket shall state that the vehicle was parked in
violation of this article and shall contain instructions to the owner
or driver thereof as to where said fine may be paid, how checks should
be made out, and the proper mailing address should the driver or owner
desire to mail the required fine for the violation. All court costs
or costs of prosecution shall be paid by the violator in addition
to all fines or penalties herein provided.

B.
Enforcement of violations may also be had by action brought before
a Magisterial District Judge in the same manner provided for enforcement
of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.
