Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction for each offense, be subject to a fine of not more
than $500; but each day that a violation shall continue shall constitute
a separate violation. Nothing in this section shall be construed to
limit the City of Port Republic's right to institute and maintain
a civil action or to prevent it from seeking injunctive relief to
set aside or invalidate any conveyance made pursuant to a contract
of sale.
