No person shall park or permit to be parked any motor vehicle
or horse-drawn vehicle on either side of the following streets:

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon
conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a fine of not more than $50 or
be imprisoned for a term of not more than 15 days, or both.
