It shall be unlawful to manufacture, sell, transport, rectify,
blend, treat, fortify, mix, process or distribute alcoholic beverages,
brewed malt or naturally fermented wine in the City of Port Republic.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon
conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment
for 90 days, or both.

It is hereby prohibited for any person or persons to drink any
alcoholic beverage or to possess any open container containing any
alcoholic beverage in any motor vehicle not on private property within
the City of Port Republic, Atlantic County, New Jersey, at any time.
Any person or persons violating this article shall, upon conviction
in the Municipal Court of the City of Port Republic, be subject to
a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for not
more than 90 days, or both. Such fine and imprisonment shall be in
the discretion of the Judge hearing said such violation.
