City of Port Republic, NJ Article III Exemption From Fees for Qualified Organizations

[Adopted 4-10-2007 by Ord. No. 01-2007]

§ 126-4 Exemption established.

All qualified organizations (as defined in N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1) are hereby exempted from the payment of any municipal licensing fee due and payable to the City of Port Republic under N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10.

§ 126-5 Exceptions.

This article does not exempt any organization from payment of any fee due to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
