The following is an enumeration of the various permits and the
fees for the same required by chapters and/or articles of this Code.
The following is an enumeration of those licenses and permits
which are hereby required but for which no additional provisions or
regulations exist in other chapters of this Code. The requiring of
such a license or permit and the imposition of a fee is for the purpose
of helping to defray the administrative cost to the City of the regulatory
scheme only, and all fees collected shall become a part of the general
treasury.
