No. 406, adopted 9-10-1981, already enacted a new Art. XXXII, and Ord. No. 412, adopted 12-28-1981, enacted provisions designated by the editor as a new Art. XXXIII, and in order to avoid the duplicating of existing numbering, the editor, at his discretion, has renumbered the provisions of Ord. No. 421 as a new Art. XXXIV, §§ 2-187.

Sec. 2-187 Polling hours—City.

It is hereby designated that polling hours for every polling place at all regularly scheduled City elections shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sec. 2-187.1 Same—State. [1]

It is hereby designated that polling hours for every polling place at all state elections shall be those designated by the General Laws on Special State Act.
