The Council may appoint, based on a recommendation of the Borough
Manager, a Borough Engineer. The Engineer would be responsible for
advising the Council and Borough Manager upon all engineering matters
rising in the conduct of municipal business.
In acquiring the services of an Engineer, the provisions of Article X of the Charter apply. All requests for Engineer services must be approved by the Borough Manager.
