Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.
It shall be unlawful for any person to allow, permit or suffer any truck, tractor of Classes 6 through 20, inclusive, classification or any trailers or semitrailers registered in his name or operated by him to be parked on any public street or alley in the Borough of Tyrone, including state highways.

No person shall park a vehicle or allow the same to remain parked upon any of the streets or parts thereof:
A. 
That are described in Schedule XI (§ 190-63), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
That are designated with yellow painted curbing or, in the absence of a curb, a yellow painted edge of the shoulder of said street.
C. 
That would have said vehicle parked on a two-way street facing the opposite direction of authorized traffic movement with its left-hand wheels against the left-hand curb or, in the absence of a curb, against the left edge of the left-hand shoulder of said street. This restriction shall not apply on Jefferson Avenue, south of Eleventh Street to the cemetery, and on Belmont Avenue, south of Herald Street to the cemetery, upon which streets vehicles shall park on the west side of the street facing north with the left side of the vehicles to the curb.

D. 
That would have said vehicle parked on a one-way street facing the opposite direction of authorized traffic movement.
E. 
That are within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection.
F. 
That are within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing signal, stop sign, yield sign or traffic-control signal located at the site of a roadway.
G. 
That are within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station or, when properly sign-posted, on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within 75 feet of the entrance.
H. 
On a limited access highway (as defined under the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code[1]) unless authorized by official traffic-control devices.

I. 
Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing.
J. 
At any place where official signs prohibit parking.
No person shall park a vehicle or allow the same to remain parked upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 190-64), attached to and made a part of this chapter, between the hours specified for longer than the time indicated in said schedule.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle or to allow the same to remain parked in any special purpose parking zone established in Schedule XIII (§ 190-65), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except as specifically provided for such zone.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§ 190-66), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
The locations described in Schedule XV (§ 190-67), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine as set forth from time to time by ordinance of the Borough Council and costs; provided, however, that it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the Borough to report all violations of any provision of this article, indicating, in each case, the section violated, the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation, the location where the violation took place and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he will report to the office of the Chief of Police and pay the sum required within the specified number of hours after the time of the notice or if he will place the sum required, enclosed within the envelope provided, in any of the special parking fine boxes installed at various locations within the Borough, that act will save the violator from prosecution and from payment of the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
