It shall be unlawful for any person other than the designated doctor or minister to use the above-reserved parking spaces.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge, pay a fine not to exceed $10 and the cost of prosecution.
