No traffic of the type of vehicles or motor vehicles known as "commercial motor vehicles," "trucks," "truck tractors," with or without trailers attached, or combinations of vehicles and/or motor vehicles which have a registered gross weight, either separately or in combination, in excess of 7,000 pounds shall be allowed on the streets listed below, except for local deliveries. "Local delivery" shall mean the delivery of goods or services to points on said streets, and shall include but not be limited to trash pickup, bread and milk deliveries and package deliveries.

The proper officers of the Township are authorized and directed to purchase and install, in accordance with the provision of the Vehicle Code and the Manual of Regulations for Official Traffic Signs, the necessary signs within such points.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article, upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, shall be liable to pay a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $100, besides costs, and in default thereof, to undergo imprisonment in Montgomery County prison for a period not to exceed 30 days.
