A. For all eating establishments, including but not limited to restaurants,
diners, luncheonettes, and taverns: $150 for the first 50 seats and
$5 for each additional seat above 50, but not to exceed $850.
B. For takeout food-handling establishments, including but not limited
to delicatessen stores, meat and food markets, pizza kitchens, and
ice cream/frozen dessert stores: an annual fee of $150; for food caterers,
an additional fee of $100.
C. For package stores: $50; for package stores and bars: $75 annually.
D. For bakeries: a fee of $150 annually.
E. For each retail vehicle serving lunches or meals of readily perishable
food: a fee of $200 annually.
F. For vending machines: a fee of $25 for the first machine and $15
for each additional machine annually.
G. For ice cream trucks: $160 annually.
H. For stores dealing only in packaged candy, cookies or snacks: $50
annually.
I. For nursery schools, day-care centers, and day camps: a fee of $175
annually.
J. For nursing homes and assisted-living facilities: a fee of $7 per
resident, as of January 1 of each year.
K. For tanning salons: a fee of $75 annually.
L. For the issuance of a marriage license: $28.
M. For transcripts and corrections of marriage, birth and death certificates:
$10; burial permits: $15.
N. For swimming pools:
(1) Nonprofit, excluding residential pools: $50 annually.
(2) Community association pools: $150 annually.
(3) If operated as a business or for profit: seasonal $100 annually,
year round $200 annually.
O. For gumball machines: $5 each annually.
P. For body arts and body piercing: $300 annually.
Q. For temporary retail food license: one to three days, $50; four to
seven days, $75; more than seven days, $100.
R. For supermarkets: $600 annually.
S. For trucks dispensing dairy products, retail: $5 annually.
T. For portable toilets: $25 each.
U. For commercial whirlpools and hot tubs: $50 each.
V. For beauty parlors, nail salons, and barber shops in correspondence with §
237-5: facilities with one to four stations, $100; five to 10 stations, $150; 11 or more, $200.
W. For plan review: $100 per review, $50 for revision fee.
X. For facility reinspection fee: $100.
Senior citizens' establishments and activities
in Borough-owned buildings, religious institutions, and other nonprofit
organizations are exempt from the fees imposed in this chapter.
