First or second floor meeting: $200 up to four hours.*

First and second floor party: $250 up to two hours.*
*$50 for each additional hour.
All food and beverage functions are considered a first and second floor party.
(3) 
The City of Margate requires a $150 security deposit for any labor and cleaning charges.
B. 
Stage rentals, including setup.

Small size (eight feet by 16 feet with cover): $1,000.*

Large size (12 feet by 24 feet with cover): $1,600.*
*The governing body reserves the right to waive or reduce any stage rental fees for any nonprofit fund-raising organizations and/or charitable events.
