It shall be unlawful to install, extend, alter or repair any
electrical wiring for light, heat or power, or to install, change,
move, relocate or alter any electrical equipment or fixtures in any
building or on any premises in the Village without complying with
the provisions of the Electric Code which is published in a separate
pamphlet and available at the Village Hall offices.
