It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously cut, write upon, deface, injure, tear or destroy any book, newspaper, magazine, pamphlet, plate, film, picture, engraving, recording or other property belonging to, or in the possession or under the control of, the public library.
It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously commit any injury upon the grounds, buildings, furniture, fixtures, equipment or other property belonging to, or in the possession or under the control of, the public library.
It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to return any book, film, recording, materials or other object belonging to, or in the possession or under the control of, the public library, according to the requirements of the bylaws, policies, rules and regulations made and adopted by the Board of Directors of said library for the government thereof.[1]
