A. A person
commits the offense of assault if he:
1. Attempts to cause or recklessly causes physical injury to another
person;
2. With criminal negligence, causes physical injury to another person
by means of a deadly weapon;
3. Purposely places another person in apprehension of immediate physical
injury;
4. Recklessly engages in conduct which creates a grave risk of death
or serious physical injury to another person;
5. Knowingly causes physical contact with another person knowing the
other person will regard the contact as offensive or provocative.
6. Knowingly pointing a handheld laser beam pointer at a person without
consent of said person.

A. In
accordance with Section 565.253, RSMo., a person commits the offense
of invasion of privacy if he/she:
1. Knowingly views, photographs, or films another person without that
person's knowledge and consent while the person is in a state of full
or partial nudity and is in a place where a reasonable person would
believe that a person could disrobe in privacy, without being concerned
that the person's undressing was being viewed, photographed or filmed
by another.
