The term "bathhouse or massage salon or parlor" shall include any place which provides baths and body massages, or either of them, to members of the public.

The operation of any bathhouse or massage salon or parlor within the City of Bridgeton, Missouri, is prohibited.

Licensed health care practitioners licensed by the Board of Healing Arts for the State of Missouri, as well as licensed beauticians and cosmetologists, licensed by the Board of Cosmetology for the State of Missouri, when in the operation of bona fide beauty parlor establishments where cabinet baths are incidental to beauty treatment.
