It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle which
is stopped, standing or parked at the curb to start such vehicle in
motion without first yielding the right-of-way to all other traffic
approaching so closely on said roadway as to constitute an immediate
hazard.

It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle operating
in a lane of traffic, whether marked or unmarked, to turn or move
such vehicle into another lane of traffic moving in the same direction
without first yielding the right-of-way to all other traffic lawfully
operating on said roadway.
