The elected City Treasurer shall have such duties as are assigned
to him/her from time to time by the Mayor or City Council. The physical
office of the elected City Treasurer shall be at such location as
determined by the City Council.

The City Treasurer shall receive a salary as set by ordinance
by the City Council from time to time.
