A person commits the offense of trespass of a school bus if
he/she knowingly and unlawfully enters any part of or unlawfully operates
any school bus.

No person or persons shall trespass upon the grounds of the Chillicothe public schools or on or in the buildings belonging thereto. Nor shall any person loiter on said grounds or about or in said buildings, nor shall any person or persons cut, mark or deface any of the buildings or any part thereof belonging to said public schools. Any person who shall violate the terms of this Section shall be deemed guilty of a violation of an ordinance which shall be punishable as provided in Section
100.340 of this Code.
A person commits the offense of reckless burning or exploding
when he/she knowingly starts a fire or causes an explosion and thereby
recklessly damages or destroys a building or an inhabitable structure
of another.
A person commits the offense of negligent burning or exploding
when he/she with criminal negligence causes damage to property of
another by fire or explosion.

A. It
shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to permit any
vehicle to park or stand for a period of more than twenty-four (24)
consecutive hours in any City owned parking lot within the City of
Chillicothe, Missouri.
B. Any
vehicle that exceeds the twenty-four (24) hour limit set forth herein
shall be removed from the City property and remain in the possession
of the City until all towing charges and other costs for removing
said vehicle are paid by the owner.
C. The
provisions of this Section shall not be applicable to any vehicles
owned by the City of Chillicothe, Missouri.
D. Any
person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this Section
shall be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) or
more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or by imprisonment for
a term not to exceed five (5) days, or both such fine and confinement,
together with the costs of the court and all charges and fees incurred
in removing the vehicle from the City property.
