The Superintendent of the Department of Accounts and Finance
shall also be the Superintendent of the Department of Parks and Public
Property of the City and shall be responsible for and directly superintend
such department and, to the extent and in the manner provided by applicable
laws of the State and by applicable provisions of this Code and other
ordinances of the City, shall exercise all executive and administrative
powers and duties in reference to such department.

The Department of Parks and Public Property shall include the
park system of the City and all other property owned by the City.
