The St. Louis County Weights and Measures Code adopted by the County of St. Louis as of the last amendatory ordinance on February 13, 1987, is hereby adopted by reference as the Weights and Measures Code of the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, as if fully set out herein. A copy of such Code shall be kept on file by the City Clerk and shall be available for inspection.

A. 
The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Warson Woods, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with St. Louis County for the enforcement of the Weights and Measures Code of the City of Warson Woods by the County of St. Louis on the following terms:
1. 
Services to be rendered. The County shall provide to Municipality, code enforcement in the area of Weights and Measures.
2. 
Terms of agreement. Service shall continue from year to year, however, either party may terminate upon giving ninety (90) days prior written notice.
3. 
Compensation. The County shall collect all fees. County shall retain all of the fees.
4. 
Restrictive provisions. If the Municipality has adopted provisions more restrictive than those contained in the applicable County Code, Municipality shall approve all plans prior to submission to County's Department of Public Works.
5. 
Regulatory ordinances. The Municipality shall approve all plans for compliance with Zoning or other regulatory ordinances, prior to submission to County's Department of Public Works.
