A. Quarterly charges or rates for users of water only shall be $12.59 per 1,000 gallons of metered water as of April 1, 2023.

B. Quarterly charges or rates for users of the combined water and sewer services shall be the sum of the applicable rate for water service as set forth in § 150-9-9A above plus $4.14 per 1,000 gallons of water consumed as shown by the water meters as of April 1, 2023.

C. For new buildings under construction, a minimum charge of $150 per quarter shall be paid during construction and until such time as a water meter is installed.

D. Quarterly charges or rates for residential or commercial users of the sewer connection service only shall be $60.

E. In addition to the rates and charges imposed under Subsections B and D above, there is also imposed for said accounts a quarterly charge of $27.

F. Quarterly charges or rates for a stormwater utility fee shall be $2.25 per 1,000 gallons of metered water.

§ 150-9-10 Reconnection fee occasioned by violation of § 209-1-5.

[Added 12-14-2015 by FMC-2015-9]

The reconnection fee occasioned by a violation of § 209-1-5 et seq. shall be $200 plus any other applicable fees as provided by ordinance, regulation or rule.
