[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mamaroneck 3-10-2014 by L.L. No. 4-2014, effective 3-24-2014. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to § 3 of the New York Multiple Dwelling
Law, the Village of Mamaroneck hereby adopts the provisions of the
New York Multiple Dwelling Law, and, pursuant thereto, all of the
provisions of Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 shall apply
in the Village of Mamaroneck.
The term "Department" as utilized in the Multiple Dwelling Law
shall mean the Building Department of the Village of Mamaroneck, which
shall be the Department charged with the enforcement thereof.
