There is hereby established for the acceptance of donations
or gifts to the City cemeteries a fund which shall be known as the
"Cemetery Trust Fund".

The City Collector is hereby authorized to accept gifts or donations
of money or funds from any and all sources to be deposited to the
credit of the "Cemetery Trust Fund".

The "Cemetery Trust Fund" shall be a separate fund and shall
never be intermingled with the "Perpetual Care Fund".

The "Cemetery Trust Fund" may be drawn upon only by the proper
officers of the City Cemetery Committee upon the properly authenticated
vouchers of the Board of Aldermen.
