A person commits the offense of indecent exposure if he knowingly
exposes his genitals under circumstances in which he knows that his
conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm.

Any person within the City who shall be found loitering on or
about the abode or residence of another, engaged in lewdly peeping
into a window thereof, viewing and observing, or attempting to view
and observe, the private actions of the occupants thereof, or who
shall be found engaging in any act or performance generally called
that of a "peeping tom," shall be deemed guilty of
an offense.
