Upon the filing of a preliminary plat of a subdivision or any
portion thereof, the subdivider shall pay a filing fee of one hundred
dollars ($100.00) plus two dollars ($2.00) for each lot or unit shown
on the plat. Upon the filing of a final plat of the subdivision or
any portion thereof, the subdivider shall pay a filing fee of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) plus two dollars ($2.00) for each lot or
unit shown on the plat. The fees shall be used to defray the cost
of processing and reviewing such plans. The subdivider shall pay any
additional engineering and other professional fees incurred by the
City as a result of this review process.

Prior to the installation of any and all subdivision improvements
or facilities, the subdivider shall obtain from the City a construction
permit. This permit authorizes the construction of only those subdivision
improvements or facilities for which final plans have been submitted
and approved by the Commission. The charge for said permit shall be
in compliance with City ordinance.

When construction referred to in Section
410.510 above is complete, final inspection by the designated City authority shall be made. A final as-built set of drawings shall be supplied by the subdivider to the City Engineer or his/her designate. Such drawings shall be certified correct by a Missouri registered professional engineer and shall be affixed to the final plat certifying that the engineer has inspected all of the improvements installed and that the materials contained therein meet the requirements contained in the plans and specifications as approved by the Commission.
