The final subdivision plat submitted for approval and subsequent
recording shall be clearly and legibly drawn in ink upon tracing cloth
or acetate at a scale of not more than one hundred (100) feet to the
inch.

A. The final subdivision plat shall show the following:
1.
Proposed subdivision name or identifying title, location address
of record owner and subdivider, name of the registered land surveyor
and certification that the plan represents a survey made by him/her
and that all the necessary monuments are correctly shown.
2.
Street lines, pedestrian ways, lots and an identification system
thereof, reservations, easements and any other area to be dedicated
or otherwise designated for public use, together with the covenants,
if any, as to the use thereof.
3.
Sufficient data acceptable to the Commission to determine readily
the location, bearing, and length of every street line, lot line,
boundary line and to reproduce them on the ground. Reference should
be made to known or permanent monuments and the description of land
subdivided.
4.
The boundaries of the property, location, graphic scale and
North point.
5.
All permanent reference monuments.
