Section 210.630 Piling of Grass or Debris Along Sides of Streets, Etc.

No person shall pile grass or debris of any sort on, or along the sides of, any street or other thoroughfare in the City of California, Missouri.

Section 210.640 Unlawful to Establish or Maintain Junk Yards, Etc., Unless Properly Screened From Public View.

From and after November 7, 1955, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to establish, maintain or operate an auto wrecking yard or junk yard within the City of California, Missouri, unless such auto wrecking yard or junk yard is screened from said road by tight board or other screen fence not less than ten (10) feet high or of sufficient height to screen the wrecked or disabled automobiles or junk kept therein from the view of persons using such street or alley on foot or in vehicles in the ordinary manner.
