In accordance with Section 350.060 of this Title and when signs are properly erected, the following parking restrictions shall apply:
Location
Aurora Street, first and second alleys south of Aurora Street:
Parking prohibited on alleys between Owen Street and Oak Street.
Aurora Street, north side, between Oak Street and Owen Street.
Cherry Street, on the east side of Cherry Street, from that point where Cherry Street intersects with the south side of Oliver Street to that point where Cherry Street intersects with the north side of Fair Street.
Cooper Street, west side, from that point where Cooper Street intersects with the south line of Versailles Avenue.
Highway 50, both sides, for a distance of 250 feet east and 250 feet west of the intersection of Highway 50 and Highway 87.
Highway U.S. 50 or on right-of-way thereof, both north and south of the Highway 50 driving surface, for a distance of 500 feet east of the intersection of Gerhart Road and U.S. Highway 50 in the City of California, as measured from the center or said intersection.
Highway 87, both sides, for a distance of 140 feet south of the intersection of Highway 50 and Highway 87.
Highway 87, east side, for a distance of 120 feet north of the intersection of Highway 50 and Highway 87.
Highway 87, west side, for a distance of 135 feet north of the intersection of Highway 50 and Highway 87.
Marshall Street, as or where Marshall Street runs between Cedar Street and West Main Street.
Mill Street, east side, from that point where Mill Street intersects with Marshall Street, thence north from that point.
Oak Street (Highway 87N) in the City of California, on the east side of said roadway, commencing at the intersection of said roadway with the south corner of East Howard Street (where East Howard Street intersects with Highway 87N) running thence along the curbing 22 feet in a southerly direction along the east side of said roadway.
Oak Street (Highway 87N) in the City of California, on the west side of said roadway where the roadway intersects with the northwest corner of Smith Street running thence along the curbing 22 feet in a northerly direction along the west side of said roadway.
Roache Street, west side, from point where Roache Street intersects with Railroad Avenue, thence south to point where Roache Street intersects with Highway 87 south.
Russellville Road, on both the east side of Russellville Road, and the west side of Russellville Road, from that point where Russellville Road intersects with the south side of Business 50 (Buchanan Street), running south to that point where Russellville Road crosses the south City limits of the City of California, Missouri.
Smith Street, north side, between Owen Street and Oak Street, beginning at a point 100 feet east of the east line of Owens Street and running east along the north line of Smith Street 105 feet to the west line of an alley.
West Street, south side.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or allow to remain standing any vehicle on any of the following streets or portions of streets as restricted herein:
Presumption of Liability
If any vehicle is found in violation of this provision and the driver thereof is not present, the owner or person in whose name such vehicle is registered in the records of the City, County or State shall be responsible for such violation when such vehicle was being used with permission. Proof of the ownership, as aforesaid, shall be prima facie evidence that such vehicle with absent driver was being operated with the permission of the owner. Owners and operators of vehicles parked in violation of this Schedule shall be deemed guilty of improper parking, and such offense is punishable pursuant to Section 100.040.

Handicapped parking spaces have been established in the following locations:
Location
North Street:
Two (2) spaces on the south side of North Street between a point beginning on the south side of North Street at the intersection of North High Street and North Street, thence in an easterly direction to a point directly north of the western most cornerstone of the north side of the Moniteau County Courthouse.
Versailles Avenue:
One space on the south side of Versailles Avenue, with the space to be located commencing at a point forty (40) feet west of the stop sign located at the intersection of Versailles Avenue and the western side of Oak Street.
