[Adopted 8-3-1989 by Ord. No. B-3-89 (Ch. 312, Art. IV, of the 1990 Code)]
If any person, partnership or corporation is in possession of a permit for an individual subsurface sewage disposal system issued by the Township of Mount Olive and such person, partnership or corporation is the lessor of premises occupied by lessees, then such person, partnership or corporation shall be required to file an application for an amended individual subsurface sewage disposal system permit in the event that any new lessee conducts a business classified as a high-water use.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
HIGH-WATER USE
A use which requires daily quantities of water significantly exceeding those of most businesses. "High-water uses" include but are not limited to restaurants, car washes and laundromats.
This article shall only apply to those persons, partnerships or corporations who having already obtained an individual subsurface sewage disposal system permit, subsequently change lessees and a high-water-use business replaces a non-high-water-use business or a lessee changes its business from a non-high-water-use business to a high-water-use business. No person, partnership or corporation shall allow, suffer or permit any such high-water-use lessee to occupy the premises and operate its business unless and until the Township Board of Health or Health Officer has issued an amended individual subsurface sewage disposal system permit.
